- Self Dumping Hopper with Bumper
This bumper release hopper dumps as soon as the bumper is pushed. This style also returns to the locked position automatically after it dumps. A safety lock is standard on both styles to prevent accidental dumping. A safety restraint is provided to secure the hopper to the forklift. Fork pockets measure 7 1/2" x 2 1/2". Vestil self-dumping hoppers facilitate compliance with OSHA General Industry rule 29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii) by allowing lift truck operators to remain at the controls of their truck throughout the dumping process.
